They say variety is the spice of life and lately, variety has been the name of the game. Family portraits, children’s portraits, musicians and even food items for a menu at a popular restaurant in town (I’ll tell you more about it some other time when I’m done with the entire menu). Here are a few portraits of 8 year old Ava. Ava is about to be baptized so her mom wanted me to photograph her to commemorate the event. I had a great time with this little girl. She has such  great personality! She started to speak in a Britishesque accent so I played with her and said in my own (terrible) British accent, “Oh are you from Yorkshire?” and without skipping a beat she kept the joke running and we started having a funny discussion in our (again, terrible) British accents. Ava has quite the wit!
