They say variety is the spice of life and lately, variety has been the name of the game. Family portraits, children’s portraits, musicians and even food items for a menu at a popular restaurant in town (I’ll tell you more about it some other time when I’m done with the entire menu). I’m loving how busy things are at this time of year! In fact, I just love this time of year in general. I love how everyone is so happy and helpful, the lights, the decorations, the music…well, maybe not all the music. I think a lot of Christmas songs are a little, well, corny. One of my least favorite is “The Little Drummer Boy.” We could gather together the world’s greatest minds and not one of them would be able to tell us what the heck  “Bah-rum-pum-pum-pum” means. Anyway, I was in line at the store the other day and as I was waiting I heard this very song coming from their store’s speakers. It ended up being Bob Seger’s version of the song and I must say, he reaaaaaaally gets into it! hahaha Check it out here when you get a chance.

I have to say that I have a lot of great clients. I updated this family’s portrait a few days ago. I can’t ask for a better group of people to work with!  They were so much fun and I love when they have me back for their portrait needs. I’ve photographed eagle scouts and senior portraits for them in the past and now I’m so glad to create their new family portrait for them! Stay tuned for more!
